Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't quite right, here's how to handle it.

Quick Summary

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
  • Refund method: store credit or original payment method (your choice).
  • Final sale: swimwear, intimates, accessories, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@yourstyle.fashion within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief reason.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, with tags attached.
  4. Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice). Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us first so we can hold the replacement before stock runs out. Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item back. We'll cover shipping on the replacement item if the exchange is due to a fit issue or our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at returns@yourstyle.fashion within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or refund you in full, including original shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear and bodysuits (hygiene)
  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Items returned without tags, in worn condition, or with signs of wear (makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke odor, etc.)
  • Gift cards

Late or Damaged Returns

Returns received more than 14 days after delivery, or returned without tags or in unsellable condition, will be sent back to you at your expense. Please make sure your return is sent on time and in original condition.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return as store credit only, unless marked "Final Sale." This is to help us keep prices low for everyone.

Holiday & Gift Returns

Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned through January 15 of the following year, with the same condition requirements.
