Shipping Policy

We ship from Auburn, Alabama to addresses across the United States. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • During major sales or holiday periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll let you know if there's a delay.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment, where available.
  • Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start the day after we hand off the package.

Free shipping promotions are sometimes offered on orders over a threshold. Check the homepage or your cart for current offers.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, sign up for our newsletter.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also find tracking in your account order history. Tracking can take 24 hours to update after the package leaves our facility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked delivered but not received: Please wait 48 hours — packages occasionally show as "delivered" before arrival. Check with neighbors and your local post office. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at admin@yourstyle.fashion and we'll help open a carrier investigation.
  • Stolen packages: We're not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation, but we'll do our best to help you recover the item or file a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged in transit: Email photos of the damaged packaging and item within 7 days. See our Returns Policy for next steps.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order ships, we cannot redirect or change the address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates.

Backorders and Pre-Orders

Occasionally, an item may go out of stock between when you place the order and when we pick it. If that happens, we'll email you within 24 hours with options: wait for the restock, swap to a similar item, or get a full refund.
